Merry Christmas Ginnie. When I tried early this A.M. I couldn't get a picture to display. Now, seeing the picture, I really like the colorful picture of what look like enthusiastic (or maybe that is impish) "workers".

I love everything you do, Ginnie! But.... I Anyone Out There Can Help, both me and my great dane would appreciate it!! Gunner, 2.5 yrs, has addisons disease and went into a crisis friday (12-17-04). he wouldn't eat, not even his treats, and he had a HORRIBLE nose bleed!! we rushed him into the vet (at midnight!) and currently his electrolytes and potassium and all that are fine. his blood work is coming back fine (twice), but she also sent in a platelette(?) test which we're waiting for the results on. He has trouble breathing (the blood is clotting in his nose and he won't breathe thorough his mouth for some reason). PLEASE if anyone can help or has heard of this or anything PLEEEEASE LET ME KNOW!! Poor gunner looks horrible, and the blood and the breathing problem doesn't help! Please! Email me at Marief@cic1.com... thanks so much for your time and i hope you all have a wonderful holiday season!!!

Thanks for sharing your great photos and stories all year long, Ginnie. I've been a fan for a few years now, checking in to see what's new. I hope that you and your two- and four-legged family have a fantastic holiday season and Merry Christmas if you celebrate it. Happy Hanukkah or Kwanzaa / Festivus/ something else if not and have fun New Year.

Thanks for sharing your great photos and fun stories all year long. I have really enjoyed reading them ... for about three years! I grew up with a beautiful blue boy and really appreciate your stories and images because they make me remember him. I hope you have a very merry/happy Hanukkah, Christmas, Kwanzaa, Festivus and New Year (PC protocol drives me absolutely nuts but I don't want to leave anything out!) Gratitude and lots of Milk Bones and Snasuages from San Diego!

Happy New Year and Celebrations to you and your many friends.
I just love your site and read it each week.
I too was given a 2005 Gteat Dane Calendar as everyone knows how besotted I am with my 7yr old fawn girl. Sadly she was diagnosed with cancer in September, but she is on medication which appears to be doing its job at the moment. We haven't told her about it, so she is still bright and happy, puts on her high heel shoes and struts around the house with a soft toy in her mouth nudging and inciting us to play with her.
