nice work Ginnie. You have a great eye and a flair for writing!
BTW, I picked up my Nissan King Cab 4x4 and while Molly would only ride in the extended cab portion Delmar doesn't want to get in any part of it. He hides in the bushes and I have to drag him and heave him into the back box. The box does have a cap on it. |
Beautiful shots!!
LOL about Merlin! You may just have to raise his caboose and swing the legs into the car for him. If he does not like to climb or jump it may be the only way! Have fun and looking forward to hearing about Houston! |
Oh Ginnie, you lucky, lucky! I Am a butterfly chaser & collector since age 10, and I'd love to be able to buy a camera to take pics of them! Hopefully, one of these days . . . Your shots are so beautiful - I love how detailed the wing structure of the Painted Lady is & the light through the Tiger Swallowtail's wings!
I'm glad to hear Merlin is now a rider instead of a hider - I'd love to see him being "assisted" in that way! Too funny. Have a great time in LA & Houston. |
Lovely lovely head shot of Peyton Ginnie.
Also so glad that Merlin seems to be making progress riding in *his* new wheels.<g> Have fun out west. L. |
Hi Ginnie,
Great shots! I'm so jealous of you people with the new, wonderful cameras!! I still use my old 1980 SLR Minolta and get decent photos about 50% of the time! Zeli mentioned you would be in Houston! If all goes as planned, my husband & I will be there for just the weekend shows. I look forward to meeting you & Zeli & Paula, too! Chantel & the Boys~ |
Ginnie, I can understand your fascination with butterflies. They are beautiful creations. This year I had a butterfly bush planted in one of my courtyards and even bought a butterfly house from one of our custom furniture makers. Now I can watch butterflies here on the mesa, too. |
