DaDane Of DaWeek

"Gentz"

Last November, someone sent me an unusual and lovely grayscale photograph. It was accompanied by this note:

"Have always enjoyed your homepage and Dane stuff on the web, while living in the States. I brought my blue to Europe, he's having the time of his life and gets a lot of attention. His name is Gentz, and this is a canal in The Hague, Netherlands. Thought you might enjoy it.

Anyone who owns or knows Danes will laugh at the seeming civilized dog, who of course is a mess. I got lucky with the photo. Cheers!"

I am pleased to say that Mr. Ross Sorensen gave me permission to share with you his picture of Gentz. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did. I've done little to modify it, other than adding some pastel tinting.
